Information about Expert:
Dr. Au Thi Nguyet Lien is a tax expert with 30 years of experience in the tax field . and currently is the Head of the Taxpayers Consulting Department of the Hue Tax Department. Graduated with a Master of Corporate Finance in Australia in 2007 under an Australian Government scholarship and received a PhD degree in tax research in 2022. Dr. Lien has worked in the tax field for more than 30 years and participated in drafting tax policies and procedures including PIT since 2007, and received Australian Government scholarships on transfer pricing, double taxation avoidance and international tax policy.
