Cash flow management is always a hot topic in every business, especially in times of recession and instability as currently experienced in the Vietnamese economy. The coordination between CEO and CFO (Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer) is a crucial factor that can determine the success or failure of business strategies. The common flaw of many small and medium-sized enterprises is the lack of people who can manage cashflow effectively. Many times, cashflow management is done by CEOs who have strengths in operations and market development but lack deep financial expertise and patience. The results are wasting of resources, bringing the risk of the business running out of cash despite holding many valuable assets.
