PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
Revenue and profit do not guarantee that a business will always have sufficient funds to operate. When capital is tied up in receivables, inventory, or investments, payment obligations still fall due. A promising business plan can still be disrupted if it lacks a viable financial plan.
Budgeting is the foundation for quantifying business objectives, allocating resources, and assessing the ability to meet capital requirements. A robust financial plan helps businesses forecast cash needs, control expenditures, and proactively secure financing options, thereby minimizing the risk of cash flow shortages during implementation.
Understanding these challenges, Russell Bedford KTC, in collaboration with APT Research & Training Institute, organizes the course “EFFECTIVE BUDGET PLANNING – APPLYING AI IN PLANNING”.
The course combines foundational budget planning concepts with practical exercises, helping participants understand the methodologies, implement them through real-world examples, and analyze the reasonableness of a budget before execution.
