Pursuant to the directives under Official Dispatch No. 10165/SNV-VLATLĐ (dated 6th June, 2026, issued by the HCMC Department of Internal Affairs regarding the occupational accident status report for the first 6 months of 2026), and Official Dispatch No. 2807/TTKST-SKCĐ-MT-BNN (dated 15th June, 2026, issued by the HCMC Department of Health – Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control) regarding the occupational health report for the first 6 months of 2026, all enterprises are statutorily required to prepare and submit these reports prior to 5th July, 2026. Therefore, to ensure regulatory compliance and avoid administrative fines ranging from VND 2,000,000 to VND 6,000,000, businesses must urgently proceed with the declaration and compilation of these reports. For enterprises, organizations, or individual employers currently engaging the Accounting, C&B Services of Russell Bedford KTC, please take special note that these reports are not included in our standard recurring service package. Since these specific medical and occupational accident incidents arise directly from your company’s internal operations and require highly accurate, actual data, KTC is unable to prepare these reports on your behalf. We kindly request that you proactively complete the forms and submit the reports in accordance with the detailed guidelines provided below:

Step 2: Send via post or submit a hard copy directly (signed and sealed) to the Medical Center where the labor establishment’s head office is located. | Option 1: Submit the report directly or via post to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Internal Affairs (applicable if the report is not submitted via the software).
