Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Manage end-to-end C&B processes for clients, including payroll processing, Personal Income Tax (PIT), social insurance, labor contracts, employee benefits, timesheets, and statutory labor reporting.
- Performance Management: Establish and organize annual salary reviews, performance appraisals, and promotion evaluations.
- Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on labor laws, insurance regulations, PIT, and corporate policies to ensure full legal compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic payroll reports, cost analyses, PIT reports, and other statutory filings as required.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Specialist: 1–2 years of experience in C&B and
- Team Leader: 2–3 years of experience in C&B.
- Skills: Highly professional, meticulous, and focused. Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in outsourcing firms providing payroll, PIT, HR, or C&B services.
